1. إخلاء المسؤولية الرياضية والتحليلية
التحليل الرياضي المقدَّم عبر النظام يتم آليًا بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي بناءً على الأرقام والبيانات المُدخَلة من قبل المستخدم فقط، ولا يُعتبر شهادة تقييم ميداني رسمية، ولا يستبدل توجيهات وقرارات المدرب الشخصي أو النادي التابع له.
2. سياسة حماية البيانات والسرية
نوافق على حفظ ومعالجة الأرقام الزمنية وسجل القياسات داخل النظام لأغراض التحليل الفردي ومتابعة التطور فقط. لا تُباع البيانات الشخصية ولا تُشارك لأغراض إعلانية. الجهات التي تعالج البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة (الاستضافة، ومزودو التحليل بالذكاء الاصطناعي عند استخدام مزايا التحليل) مذكورة في سياسة الخصوصية.
3. شروط الاشتراك وسياسة الاسترداد
استخدام المنصة مجاني، وقد تظهر إعلانات للبالغين. الاشتراك الشهري اختياري ويُزيل الإعلانات، ويُفعَّل يدويًا بعد مراجعة إيصال التحويل (المحفظة الإلكترونية / إنستاباي) من قبل الإدارة. المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تفعيل الاشتراك.
4. من يحق له الاستخدام
تُنشأ حسابات اللاعبين بواسطة أكاديمياتهم. يستطيع اللاعب من أي عمر أن يستخدم المنصة تحت إشراف أكاديميته، وإذا كان عمره أقل من 18 عامًا فاستخدامه يتم بعلم وليّ أمره وموافقته، ونطلب هذه الموافقة من وليّ الأمر عند أول دخول للبوابة.
5. موافقة وليّ الأمر والمسؤولية
وليّ أمر اللاعب القاصر هو من يوافق نيابةً عنه على سياسة الخصوصية وهذه الشروط. المزايا التي تستخدم صورة اللاعب أو بياناته الحسّاسة تتطلب موافقة صريحة منفصلة من وليّ الأمر. يلتزم من يُدخل بيانات في النظام (وليّ الأمر أو الأكاديمية أو المدرب) بأن تكون صحيحة وأن يملك الحق في إدخالها.
6. حق التصدير والحذف
يحق لوليّ الأمر أن ينزّل بيانات ابنه من زر تنزيل البيانات في البوابة، وأن يطلب حذفها أو سحب موافقته في أي وقت. يُنفَّذ الطلب بعد التحقق من هوية وليّ الأمر، وتفاصيله في سياسة الخصوصية.
7. ما لا نفعله ببيانات القاصرين
لا نبيع بيانات اللاعبين القاصرين، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات للاعب القاصر. وتفاصيل قواعد الإعلانات في سياسة الخصوصية.
8. المنصة أداة مساندة
المنصة أداة مساندة لا تغني عن المدرب ولا عن الطبيب. تنبيهات الإصابات والأحمال مؤشرات تساعد على المتابعة وليست تشخيصًا طبيًا، والقرار الرياضي والطبي يبقى للمدرب والطبيب المختص.
9. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الإصابات والحوادث الرياضية
تُعد منصة RollerSkatingMisr Pro بيئة رقمية إدارية وتحليلية مساعدة لتدريب رياضة التزلج بالعجلات. المنصة ليست جهة إشراف ميداني أو طبية، ولا تقدم استشارات طبية ملزمة. تقع المسؤولية القانونية والمدنية والأخلاقية الكاملة عن السلامة الجسدية للاعبين، والتدريبات الميدانية، والأجهزة المستخدمة، ومتابعة حالتهم الصحية على عاتق الأكاديمية والمدرب الفني وولي الأمر واللاعب نفسه. لا تتحمل المنصة أو مالكوها أو مشغلوها أي مسؤولية عن أي إصابات جسدية، أو أضرار صحية، أو حوادث تقع أثناء أو بسبب ممارسة التدريبات الميدانية أو المسابقات.
10. حدود مسؤولية أدوات التحليل الآلي
التقارير والتحليلات الصادرة عن أدوات التحليل الآلي وخوارزميات التقييم بالمنصة هي أدوات استرشادية مساعدة مصممة لربط الأرقام وتقييم زوايا الحركة. هذه الأدوات لا تُعد بديلاً عن التقييم البشري المباشر للمدرب المحترف أو الرأي الطبي المختص. المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي قرارات تدريبية أو رياضية أو طبية تُتخذ بناءً على هذه التحليلات الآلية.
11. ترخيص المحتوى المرئي والفيديوهات المرفوعة
يحتفظ المستخدم (اللاعب أو ولي الأمر أو الأكاديمية) بملكية كافة حقوق الملكية الفكرية لمقاطع الفيديو والصور المرفوعة على المنصة. بموجب رفع هذه الملفات، يمنح المستخدم منصة RollerSkatingMisr Pro ترخيصاً تقنياً محدوداً، غير حصري، مجانياً، وقابلاً للإلغاء، لغرض معالجة هذه الملفات واستخراج تحليلات الأداء الخاصة بالحساب المرفوع لحسابه حصراً. تتعهد المنصة بعدم بيع أو مشاركة أو استخدام أي مقطع فيديو أو صورة لأغراض تسويقية أو تجارية، مع الالتزام بأن معالجة الفيديوهات عبر مزودي الخدمة الخارجيين تتم حصراً وفق النطاق التقني لتنفيذ التحليل المنصوص عليه في سياسة الخصوصية.
Terms and conditions
1. Sporting and analytical disclaimer
The sports analysis provided through the system is generated automatically by artificial intelligence, based only on the numbers and data entered by the user. It is not an official field-assessment certificate and does not replace the guidance and decisions of the personal coach or the club.
2. Data protection and confidentiality
We agree to store and process time records and measurements inside the system only for individual analysis and progress tracking. Personal data is not sold and is not shared for advertising. The parties that process data to run the service (hosting, and AI analysis providers when analysis features are used) are listed in the privacy policy.
3. Subscription terms and refund policy
Using the platform is free, and ads may appear for adults. The monthly subscription is optional and removes the ads; it is activated manually after the administration reviews the transfer receipt (e-wallet / InstaPay). Amounts paid are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
4. Who may use the platform
Skater accounts are created by their academies. A skater of any age may use the platform under the supervision of the academy. A skater under 18 uses it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and we ask for that consent at the first sign-in to the portal.
5. Parental consent and responsibility
The parent or legal guardian of an underage skater gives consent on the skater's behalf to the privacy policy and these terms. Features that use a skater's photo or sensitive data need separate, explicit consent from the parent. Whoever enters data into the system (parent, academy or coach) must make sure it is accurate and that they have the right to enter it.
6. Right to export and delete
A parent may download their child's data from the data download button in the portal, and may ask for it to be deleted or withdraw consent at any time. The request is carried out after the parent's identity is verified; details are in the privacy policy.
7. What we do not do with minors' data
We do not sell underage skaters' data, do not use it for advertising, and do not show ads to an underage skater. The advertising rules are detailed in the privacy policy.
8. A supporting tool
The platform is a supporting tool and does not replace the coach or the doctor. Injury and load alerts are indicators that help with monitoring and are not a medical diagnosis; sporting and medical decisions remain with the coach and the qualified doctor.
9. Disclaimer for sporting injuries and accidents
RollerSkatingMisr Pro is a digital administrative and analytical environment that supports roller skating training. The platform is not a field-supervision or medical body and gives no binding medical advice. Full legal, civil and moral responsibility for the skaters' physical safety, the field training, the equipment used and the follow-up of their health rests with the academy, the technical coach, the parent or guardian and the skater. The platform, its owners and its operators accept no liability for any physical injury, health damage or accident that occurs during or because of field training or competitions.
10. Limits on automated analysis tools
The reports and analyses produced by the platform's automated analysis tools and scoring algorithms are advisory aids designed to connect the numbers and assess movement angles. They are not a substitute for the direct human assessment of a professional coach or the opinion of a qualified doctor. The platform is not responsible for any training, sporting or medical decisions taken on the basis of these automated analyses.
11. Licence for uploaded images and videos
The user (the skater, parent or academy) keeps all intellectual property rights in the videos and images uploaded to the platform. By uploading these files, the user grants RollerSkatingMisr Pro a limited, non-exclusive, free and revocable technical licence to process them and extract performance analyses solely for the account that uploaded them. The platform undertakes not to sell, share or use any video or image for marketing or commercial purposes, and that processing through external service providers takes place only within the technical scope needed to carry out the analysis set out in the privacy policy.

1. Exención de responsabilidad deportiva y analítica
El análisis deportivo ofrecido por el sistema se realiza de forma automática mediante inteligencia artificial, basándose únicamente en los datos introducidos por el usuario. No constituye un certificado oficial de evaluación de campo, ni sustituye las indicaciones y decisiones del entrenador personal ni del club al que pertenece el patinador.
2. Política de protección de datos y confidencialidad
Aceptamos almacenar y tratar los registros de tiempos y mediciones dentro del sistema únicamente con fines de análisis individual y seguimiento de la evolución. Los datos personales no se venden ni se comparten con fines publicitarios. Los encargados del tratamiento que operan el servicio (alojamiento y proveedores de análisis con IA cuando se usan estas funciones) se detallan en la política de privacidad.
3. Condiciones de suscripción y política de reembolso
El uso de la plataforma es gratuito y pueden aparecer anuncios para adultos. La suscripción mensual es opcional y elimina los anuncios; se activa manualmente después de que la administración revise el justificante de transferencia (monedero electrónico / InstaPay). Las cantidades pagadas no son reembolsables una vez activada la suscripción.
4. Quién puede usar la plataforma
Las cuentas de los patinadores las crean sus academias. Un patinador de cualquier edad puede usar la plataforma bajo la supervisión de su academia. Si es menor de 18 años, la usa con el conocimiento y el consentimiento de su padre, madre o tutor, y pedimos ese consentimiento en el primer acceso al portal.
5. Consentimiento parental y responsabilidad
El padre, la madre o el tutor del patinador menor da su consentimiento en su nombre a la política de privacidad y a estos términos. Las funciones que usan la foto o datos sensibles del patinador requieren un consentimiento explícito y separado. Quien introduce datos en el sistema (familia, academia o entrenador) debe asegurarse de que son exactos y de tener derecho a introducirlos.
6. Derecho a exportar y eliminar
La familia puede descargar los datos de su hijo desde el botón de descarga de datos del portal, y pedir su eliminación o retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento. La solicitud se atiende tras verificar la identidad del padre, madre o tutor; los detalles están en la política de privacidad.
7. Lo que no hacemos con los datos de menores
No vendemos los datos de patinadores menores, no los usamos para publicidad y no mostramos anuncios a un patinador menor. Las reglas de publicidad se detallan en la política de privacidad.
8. Una herramienta de apoyo
La plataforma es una herramienta de apoyo y no sustituye al entrenador ni al médico. Las alertas de lesiones y carga son indicadores de seguimiento y no un diagnóstico médico; la decisión deportiva y médica corresponde al entrenador y al médico.
9. Exención de responsabilidad por lesiones y accidentes deportivos
RollerSkatingMisr Pro es un entorno digital administrativo y analítico de apoyo al entrenamiento de patinaje sobre ruedas. La plataforma no es un organismo de supervisión de campo ni médico y no ofrece asesoramiento médico vinculante. La responsabilidad legal, civil y moral plena sobre la seguridad física de los patinadores, los entrenamientos de campo, el equipamiento utilizado y el seguimiento de su salud recae en la academia, el entrenador técnico, el padre, madre o tutor y el propio patinador. La plataforma, sus propietarios y sus operadores no asumen responsabilidad alguna por lesiones físicas, daños para la salud o accidentes ocurridos durante o a causa de los entrenamientos de campo o las competiciones.
10. Límites de las herramientas de análisis automatizado
Los informes y análisis generados por las herramientas de análisis automatizado y los algoritmos de evaluación de la plataforma son ayudas orientativas diseñadas para relacionar los números y evaluar los ángulos del movimiento. No sustituyen la evaluación humana directa de un entrenador profesional ni la opinión de un médico cualificado. La plataforma no es responsable de ninguna decisión de entrenamiento, deportiva o médica tomada a partir de estos análisis automatizados.
11. Licencia sobre las imágenes y vídeos subidos
El usuario (el patinador, su padre, madre o tutor, o la academia) conserva todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre los vídeos e imágenes subidos a la plataforma. Al subir estos archivos, el usuario concede a RollerSkatingMisr Pro una licencia técnica limitada, no exclusiva, gratuita y revocable para procesarlos y extraer análisis de rendimiento exclusivamente para la cuenta que los subió. La plataforma se compromete a no vender, compartir ni usar ningún vídeo o imagen con fines comerciales o de marketing, y a que el tratamiento a través de proveedores externos se realice solo dentro del alcance técnico necesario para ejecutar el análisis descrito en la política de privacidad.
